The position will be responsible for successfully applying Information Technology IT principles procedures and techniques to complete senior level assignments system analysis and maintenance
Manage and execute daily service and support tickets as assigned

Collaborates with Information Systems staff in implementing voice data video and wireless applications and coordinating systems and network security
Prepares and maintains a variety of records and reports related to used systems processes and service issues
Assigns coordinates and reviews the work of one or more Computer Systems Specialists
